As the temporary Charge d'Affaires the USA in Byelorussia Dzhonatan Moore has informed in interview БелаПАН, in the morning on March, 24 at him the meeting has taken place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Byelorussia on which it has informed on the decision of Washington to reduce number of the American employees of embassy.
" The Byelorussian party has defined to us date on March, 27 (till 15.00) as the deadline for acceptance of this decision, - has told D.Mur. - Regretfully and firm confidence, that this requirement does not correspond to the Viennese convention on the diplomatic relations, the USA have made the decision on reduction of staff of embassy ".
Dzhonatan Moore has informed, that in diplomatik missia remain to work 17 American employees. As much will leave Byelorussia.
The diplomat has reminded, that in connection with the requirement of the Byelorussian party about reduction of number of employees the embassy the USA is compelled to suspend temporarily issue of visa to the Byelorussian citizens.
" It is a provisional measure, - has emphasized D.Mur. - we are compelled to go on it in connection with that our efforts during the present moment are focused on that our employees had time to leave Byelorussia up to that term which to us is determined ".It has emphasized, that in case of emergency the embassy is ready to give out visas to the Byelorussian citizens, and also has expressed hope, that from next week normal work of a consular department will renew.
" The Byelorussian authorities insist on reduction of quantity of workers of embassy, but thus expect, that the quantity of the given visas remain former. During the present moment we try to solve this situation ", - D.Mur has told.
In the Byelorussian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the diplomat has informed, it have notified that ambassador Karen Stjuart cannot arrive to Minsk while Byelorussian ambassador Michael Hvostov will not return in the USA. " At a today's meeting I have informed, that we wait for returning ambassador Hvostova to Washington at any time ", - Dzhonatan Moore has noted.

According to the First telechannel, in Byelorussia the American espionage network organized ambassy the USA and consisting of the Byelorussian citizens is opened. The Byelorussians ostensibly recruited by Americans collected the information interested for the States and transferred its curator in embassy - to the personnel employee of FBI. In a plot names of two employees of embassy - Kurt Finly and Bernard Nixon have been named. "Headquarters" of espionage group settled down not far from embassy.

In interview BelaPaN Dzhonatan Moore has denied accusations of espionage to address of employees of embassy. " We do not have spies who work in territory of Byelorussia ", - the diplomat has declared.
" The validity is those, that these people are a part of protection of our embassy. They contacted to local militia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is usual practice - to have in the American embassy of such employees ", - Dzhonatan Moore has told. Thus it has emphasized, that Bernard Nixon has left from Byelorussia even in the summer of 2007, and Kurt Finly will leave the country together with other employees of embassy till March, 27 in connection with reduction of staff ambassy.
Dzhonatan Moore also has noted, that neither B.Nikson, nor K.Finli are not employees of FBI.
" They are employees of a diplomatic protection service which is a part of the Department of state, - D.Mur has told. - In FBI there are employees who work outside the USA. Their post usually refers to the legal attache. However in Minsk at us such employee is not present. The legal attache of FBI for the given region works in Kiev. It visited Minsk, he had here meetings, including with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. So, the Byelorussian authorities are perfectly informed on a real state of affairs ".
The diplomat also has noted, that the embassy the USA has given the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Byelorussia the list of all Byelorussian citizens which work in ambassy. " Here any secret and any plot is not present ", - has emphasized D.Mur.
